Malanda Falls

Malanda Falls has a large man made swimming hole at the base of the falls. This is a popular swimming location and a lovely place to stop for a swim and a picnic on a hot and humid day. There is a visitor centre, a short rain forest walk and various other facilities available at this swimming location. The swimming hole has a shallow sandy area for splashing around and a deeper area for swimming. You can also relax on the grassy banks with some shade available.
