Indarri Falls, one of the most picturesque swimming holes ever, is located in the Boodjamulla (Lawn Hill) National Park. The combination of aqua blue water, red rocks and green palm trees makes for a total paradise. Boodjamulla (Lawn Hill) National Park has entry fees, but believe me this swimming hole is worth every cent. The falls and swimming hole can be accessed by walking the loop trail which also includes stunning views of the Lawn Hill Gorge.
Indarri Falls and swimming hole can also be accessed by kayaking up the gorge. So bring your kayak (or hire one when you get there).
Note: This swimming hole is inhabited by freshwater crocodiles. Don’t be alarmed though, they don’t attack humans. They are scared of humans and will only bite if cornered. Please take care and read all local signage when swimming here.
