Colo River

The Colo River is a tidal river that runs through the Wollemi National Park. There is a small jetty in the Colo Park with easy access to swim in the river. There is a sandy bank on the other side of the river. Beware of the strong current on an outgoing tide. The Colo Park is located beneath a bridge on Putty Road.

Directions

From Colo.
*Turn off of Putty Road onto Upper Colo Road for 150m.
*Turn right onto Lower Colo Road and park underneath the bridge.
*Walk across the park and you will see a jetty with access to the river.
