Swim Category: Lakes & Dams
Cudgen Lake is a pleasant place to stop for a swim or a kayak in the Cudgen Nature Reserve. It’s close to the ocean so not many people would think to swim here. You can wade out along the old boat ramp for a swim or if you want to paddle there is a nice little creek with a sandy bottom just past the BBQ’s and picnic area. The water is fairly clear and warm.
